Cool Travel is a group of highly experienced travel technology advisors each with an average of 20 years experience in travel technology. We largely provide assistance with the running of major technical change programmes in the travel industry, in particular website or reservation system replacement programmes. Cool Travel is available to help you get the best out of such a change and to help the change be as smooth as possible with a team which has conducted 15-20 similarly sized projects, all specialists in programme management, project management, strategic consultancy, enterprise or application architecture, business analysis or software development. Knowing that major technical change can be very disruptive to a company, we also specialise in putting it off.
