Our company was found in 1982, and we set the goal of maintenance service equipment, air conditioning and refrigeration, and managed to become one of the largest companies of Lebanon and the fastest growing, and was able to win the satisfaction and confidence of our clients. We have a branch of the sale spare parts & tools for air conditioning and refrigeration in our warehouse in Verdun.We are the first to find a maintenance software program in the Middle East that allows the customers to follow-up over any preventive maintenance in order to: avoid breakdowns and malfunctioning of their refrigeration and cooling quality, know the spare parts inside them and their functioning mechanism, (the dates refrigeration are set to work, the measurements, strengths, and date of replacements to devices inside the refrigerators & cooling and air conditioning). This enables the costumers to follow up over the tiniest details by copying the data; it also facilitates the monitoring of: - Dates of our team's periodical revision visits & the reports of each visit - Dates of condenser cleaning & filters (whether weekly or monthly) - Dates of Refrigeration units internal and external cleaning (quarterly) - Pressure gas and temperature of the gas and electricity consumption - All done and requested maintenance work
