Please allow us to introduce "Gallito De Las Rocas", our Organic Coffee Cooperative in Peru, which was established by a group of 260 coffee growers on April 5th 2012. We have been Organic and Fairtrade certified for more than 5 years now, and we own a total of 570 hectares, where we strive to grow one of the finest organic coffee in Peru, out of varieties such as Caturra, Typica, Bourbon, Mondo Novo and other. Our production areas are located in San Ignacio, department of Cajamarca, in the north of Peru, bordering with Ecuador, at an altitude between 800 and 1800 meters above sea level.
