We believe that affordable resident-owned housing should be accessible to everyone. That's why we want to help neighbors organize new co-ops and join the growing cooperative movement. Our web platform provides listings of current co-ops, information on how to start your own, and connections to other people who believe in resident-owned housing. Our goal is to help with all the technical, legal, and financial difficulties associated with launching housing cooperatives.
