Copier Mate is a Cardiff based firm supplying Toshiba photocopiers and multi functional printers (MFP). We currently work with all sizes of public sector and private businesses across South Wales and can provide clients with anything from a a single A4, table sitting printer to a fleet of high volume MFPs capable of saddle stitching, hole punching and booklet making.We carry out free print audits and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reviews to access everything in your business related to your document management workflow.Step one involves one of the team sitting down with you to talk about document/file workflow: Where documents enter your business, how they are processed, the important information to capture and store and where they end up. This uncovers any strengths and weaknesses in your current processes that allows us to find products that will improve this process and match your business needs. Suitability to the working environment is often overlooked in place of price. Believe us when we say that we're looking to help you cut costs but cheaper machines aren't usually the way to do that.Step two of the process is then reviewing your current print spend.
