Copper Bottom Craft distillery is located in Holly Hill, Florida, an area rich with history for distilled spirits. Just a few miles away from our distillery is historic Three Chimneys, the site of the oldest sugar plantation and rum distillery in the United States that dates back to 1764. Building on the history of this once thriving operation, we launched our brand of artisan spirits in 2015 with the purpose of bringing distilling back to its roots. Copper Bottom spirits are hand-crafted in small batches using an unrefined pure cane sugar. The distillery is open to the public for tours and tastings.
