Core Miners Association has been established as an organization for young technical miners in Zimbabwe. Our uniqueness as an association lies in our capabilities of being a sector which can be empowered as a research and development unit for the Zim mining industry. While Zimbabwe is still described as a country with one of the richest mineral endowments in the world, meaningful exploration has not been evident for decades. Updated and modern exploration techniques using newly developed technology has not yet been applied to any meaningful extent to replace the known reserves which have been largely exhausted.With the right support and alignment of priorities, we can turn our rich mineral endowment into the cornerstone of a growing economy that it deserves to be. The old age mining methods have been doing well for our industry in the previous years but certainly didn't manage to sustain the nation in the global competition of mineral production. This therefore calls for the need of an association of young technical people, who are enthusiastic, innovative, empowered and energetic as we are seeing a new dawn for commodities, following rapid advances in technology with a voracious appetite for base metals. Thus, the establishment of Core Miners Association. Company StrategyPURPOSE To act as a key player in mining development through effective research, collaboration, exploration and technological implementation. VISION To create a team of artisanal miners who practice principled mining methods and Business which protect the environment, safeguards life and effects increase in national return.MISSION STATEMENT To be the number one mineral producer, mining exploration and development organization.
