From day one…Core & Shell Building Co., Inc. challenged conventional construction. We started with pre-fabricated exterior wall panels and decided to manufacture our own steel studs, all while holding ourselves to some of the highest industry standards. We are now changing the game by rewriting what it means to pre-fabricate a building's envelope by integrating new components to our wall panel systems for a more complete and finished wall. At C&S, we utilize technology's power through advanced design-build software and manufacturing equipment to create a complementary approach for structural artistry and construct-efficiency. This is what makes C&S different; we built a system that adapts and evolves to almost all commercial projects and not just cookie-cutter buildings.
