We are a team of ten combined undergraduate and graduate students at Cornell University. Each year, we participate in a full product development process—brainstorming, researching, formulating, seeking feedback, writing a proposal, and developing a commercialization plan—to create a marketable food item to present at the Institute of Food Technologists Annual Food Expo in July. We won first place in the 2020 and 2021 competitions with our products Smoothie Bites and Tofumisu. This year we are introducing Charcute-V, a vegan charcuterie board snack pack featuring plant-based meat (soya-chunk-based) and cheese (chau-based). Intrigued? Ping us on this channel!
