Corniche Construction Limited secured its first contract in August 1983 in its initial specialisation carrying out Public House and Restaurant refurbishment as well as routine maintenance work. The client list has grown significantly as has its spectrum and includes work within the Education, Ecclesiastical and Healthcare sectors in addition to Residential and Commercial. We work directly with Architects and Surveyors, Local Authorities and Government Departments either by traditional tendering or negotiation.Corniche is now located in The Manor Royal, Crawley, West Sussex, positioning us centrally in south east England. This relocation enables us to service a wide operational area which includes Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Kent, Sussex, Wiltshire and London.The Company has an enviable reputation in New Build, Refurbishment and Alteration as well as Maintenance. We specialise in working with schools to improve and enhance the learning experience for pupils and staff.Whether the project is £1000.00 or £2.5m – all have the same commitment to client satisfaction.Our team of direct employees is supplemented by Specialist Sub-contractors. Corniche will only engage trades if they can demonstrate they are trained, qualified, and satisfy our quality requirements.
