The aim of COCOA, a sixteen page, scholarly, art journal, is to bring humanity back into the art world. As the art world expands exponentially and it's limits become more superficial and ephemeral (with NFT's, extraordinary auction prices, the din of art fairs, mythical art world scandals, museums loosing their way) a center that is about human experience and engagement has gone unattended and ignored. This is the very center and mission that COCOA occupies. Through principles of inclusion and design our readers enter into the heart of our shared human expression. Note: The printed COCOA journal is a proof of concept. The design and concept can be applied to a digital environment.
