The CORONEL-ENDAYA FOUNDATION is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. It is tax-exempt on a federal and state level. Tax identification number EIN: 85-2466613.The Coronel-Endaya Foundation was founded in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, officially incorporated on July 28, 2020 and obtained its 501(c)(3) status during National Filipino American History Month in October 2020. Since then, the Coronel-Endaya Foundation has provided scholarships to indigent students (including but not limited to academic award, backpack, pens, pencils, pencil pouches, pencil sharpeners, erasers, colored pencils/crayons, notebooks, folders, face masks, rain ponchos, reusable water bottles, and most recently remote internet access). The Coronel-Endaya Foundation has provided printers and papers to schools, helped feed more than 500 children, and donated more than 2,000 lbs of charitable goods (food, clothing, blankets, toys). We have also helped support the Filipino American Lawyers of San Diego (FALSD) and the Council of Young Filipino Americans in Medicine (CYFAM). We have been featured on the Valley News and the Press Enterprise. Additionally, we were bestowed the highest civil volunteer award in the country, the President's Volunteer Service Award, by US President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. during National Volunteers Week in April 2021, certificates of recognition by the both the City of Temecula and the City of Murrieta during Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month in May 2021, certificates of recognition from the California State Senate and California State Assembly, and a letter of senatorial commendation by US Senator for California Diane Feinstein.MISSIONTo assist in the furthering of education, and to promote and provide financial support for indigent, underserved individuals and communities.
