Corporate Caterers was founded by Dennis McGinley and Jim Gass in 1997. They each brought over 25 years of restaurant management and catering experience combining their talents to open the first Corporate Caterers in Miami Florida. Dennis and Jim both observed a new trend in corporate sales and marketing techniques where businesses were buying breakfast and lunches to entertain clients and their staff while they were demonstrating or selling a product. This fresh new approach demanded a caterer who understood the importance of great food, appealing presentation and very reliable service.After opening the third corporate store serving Ft. Myers and Naples on the southwest coast of Florida, expansion continued in the form of franchising. The family of franchisees is now proudly serving Tequesta / Jupiter, Tampa, Jacksonville, and Orlando Florida. Locations outside of Florida include Atlanta Georgia, Raleigh and Charlotte North Carolina, Phoenix Arizona, Newark Delaware, Philadelphia Pennsylvania, Columbus Ohio, Cincinnati Ohio, Milwaukee Wisconsin, Denver Colorado, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio and Austin Texas, Nashville Tennessee, Chicago Illinois and San Leandro California.
