Fuelled by the desire to create an experiential training and leadership identification organisation, came the idea of Corporate Commandos. Here we brings a lot of practical and experiential methods to learning how to be a good leader and a team player (first). One of our flagship program is ‘The Battle Ground'. Our program takes inspiration from the defence forces and augments the timeless leadership principles into this program. Usually a 50-70 hours program , it gives participants a simulated environment (of their work place), in which they can distance themselves from their daily routine and identify with how things are working for them as a leader. Through out the program they get directional and strategic nuggets to reflect ton the effectiveness of their leadership style and if need be course correct these challenges and take back remedies that can be applied in their work place (WoW-Workshop to Workplace)Important :When Albert Einstein said "We Can't Solve Problems By Using The Same Kind Of Thinking We Used When We Created Them". He was referring to an ongoing need to re skilling & re inventing your self as and when you solve an existing problem. Just the same way , this is not a one time activity. Individuals come back for the program again and again to discover solutions/answers for new problems they face as they move forward in the leadership role.Lastly, a critical ingredient to the team success is being one single unit, as they say ‘Finding good players is easy. Getting them to play as a team is another story'.A critical bi-product of this program is the brother hood this program creates amongst the participants (something missing within the corporates today).
