Prior to starting my own firm nine years ago, I was a Senior Partner with two of the largestnational/international firms in the US and with one of California's largest firms. My practice hasalways been exclusively corporate and securities law related, and my clients are in a very broadspectrum of industry segments including technology, telecommunications, real estate, e-commerce,manufacturing, retail, energy and financial services. I have a very selective practice and I am networked with many of my former partners who provide my clients with any other legal needs they may require (tax, labor, litigation, intellectual property, debtor/creditor, etc.). I provide high-end senior partner legal representation at a fraction ofthe cost I would otherwise be billing at a large firm. Within my areas of expertise, I do not useother partners or associates, so there is no "blended rate" being run-up on multiple attorney metersas would be the case in the traditional law firm economic model. Instead, my expertise and workproduct is provided directly to clients and counterparts in a given transaction, withoutintermediaries.Areas of specialization include: corporate, securities, limited liability company, joint venture, general business and contract law transactions, start-up and emerging growth company representation, and corporate finance.
