Over the last 17 years at CCM Hockey, I have had a front row seat to seeing the importance of having a clear strategy. As much as the word strategy is used, the big disconnect lies with employees not being able to clearly articulate the company's strategy. When there is a clear strategy, alignment around it and everybody knows how they fit into it; engagement soars and teams unite to achieving a common goal and purpose.My specialty is bringing a tried and tested method that has been implemented and executed successfully in the corporate world.
