Cosapien's focus on the social contracts between people is unique: While our competitors are focused purely on the deliverables of collaboration, Cosapien brokers the social contracts between people that underlie all collaboration. Our approach naturally drives the correct collaboration behaviours. We then measure whether people honour their commitments, and provide it as feedback -- integrity. This tie-in of productivity with integrity through metrics allows continual improvement on all levels: personal (P2P), intra-company (B) and inter-company (B2B).
