My role is to provide evidence based interventions, offering guidance and support for identifying their strengths for overcoming obstacles on their own terms. I offer mental, emotional, physical and spiritual tools to help my clients find balance and meaning in their lives. I believe mindfulness, accountability, adaptability and acceptance are the key components for helping people reach self-efficacy. Clinical Interests I am an EMDR trained clinician. You can usually find me on the water, playing sports or in the kitchen. I enjoy volunteering my time and resources to charities that support kids.
