Cosmopolitan Aid Foundation (CAF) was founded by Dr. Emmanuel Yao Voado, MD and his wife, Imayarze Limonta Voado, RN, BSN. It was established in Ghana as a charitable Trust Deed duly registered on 21st February, 2014 in the Registrar-General's Department in Accra with the registration number CG089012014. Recently, on the 16th January, 2015 the foundation's name was changed from Mawuena Foundation to CAF. Our Mission• Our mission is to deliver the captives of destiny who will then rebuild the ancient ruins and restore the former devastation's (poverty) of many generations.Our Vision• Extend a warm and delicate care for the helpless and the diseased to expand happiness: A world in which individuals, civil society groups, and the daily lives of people are freed of basic needs and diseases.Our ValuesWe are grounded on the values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence (I CARE) principle.Guiding Philosophy: The philosophy of CAF GLOBAL is based on the reality that every human being is a unique individual and that we all have a right to good health and basic needs and should access means to a comfortable life in one way or another.CAF ethos can be summed up by the famous adage; "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime."Objectives:• To become an agent of change and does not seek to throw money at the many serious problems affecting the world.• We want to transform the helpless, the destitute, the orphans and vulnerable children, the widows, the physically disabled from "nobody to "somebody" and restore the health of the mentally disabled and patients to reposition them to play their purpose-driven roles in the society. • Cosmopolitan Aid Foundation ethos can be summed up by the famous adage; "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime."Motto• Inspire.
