Εμείς ωστόσο όταν λέμε #Coulis σίγουρα δε μιλάμε για τον "Κυριάκο" που τον λέγαμε Κούλη στο σχολείο αλλά για τη "σάλτσα" που συνοδεύει κάθε μας εξόρμηση στην όμορφή Ελλάδα, το καλό φαγητό μέσα από εδέσματα που μας φτιάχνει η Ελληνιδα μάνα γή! #Coulis In the field of cooking it is described as the thick sauce of vegetable or fruit puree, which blends perfectly with meat and vegetable specialties as well as all kinds of desserts. However, when we say #Coulis we certainly do not speak of the "Kyriakos" we used to call Koulis at school but the "sauce" that accompanies our excursion to beautiful Greece, the good food through the dishes made by the Greek mother earth!
