Aims and Objectives:1. Develop a balanced, flexible and gender-neutral workforce that is equipped to deal with the challenges of tomorrow and is able to operate in situations of insecurity and imbalance. 2. Build an effective communication system that works to establish effective partnerships through participatory involvement of all stakeholders. 3. To provide specialized, technical and useful skills to the common people in order to bring them up-to-par with the demands of tomorrow. 4. To strengthen and work on the overall development of the underprivileged in order to alleviate them to a more stable socio-economic status. 5. To enhance the accountability and oversight framework by introducing a result-based management system which complies with the global policies and standards. 6. Work towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals by involving all the stakeholders through participatory involvement. 7. To promote equality, inclusion, sustainability, synergize efforts, and work towards unified goals. 8. Bridge the gap between social-classes and work towards establishment of a society based on tolerance, peace, sustainability and humanitarianism
