The Council on State Public Affairs is an independent, bipartisan public policy forum. Formed in 2008, its goal is to create intelligent, informed discussion from all perspectives around New Jersey's most pressing issues, and to be part of a debate that guides the adoption of public policy that strengthens our state.The Council on State Public Affairs is a tax-exempt, 501(c) 3 organization. It is funded through grants and contributions from individuals and sponsors, which include foundations, corporations, academic institutions, unions and associations.
