Counterbalance is a new media evolution for progressive young adults who want to offset oppressive societal forces. Through intimate conversations, we document and unravel untold stories of influencers within their communities and bring the discussions onto visual-based platforms.We produce video content highlighting their lives and accomplishments while providing a platform to share their own tidbits of advice. In addition to interviews, Counterbalance attends local events to showcase key movements taking place in society, and shine a light on different cultural experiences between communities.
