The popularity of these classes sprung from the belief that providing great wine, delicious food, and world-class instruction at a reasonable price, in a fun, unstuffy atmosphere, would get people excited about wine, and would assist in furthering what was already fast becoming a wine culture in the Bayou City. Fast forward nearly 8 years and Houston has arrived as a "wine lifestyle" city! Wine is everywhere, and the variety of wine available from around the world continues to grow as producers the world over take notice of our wine consumption numbers. What hasn't kept up is the availability of world-class wine education. However, that's about to change!
