CoverVideo is a company that started out as a weekend project during an incredible event called StartUpBusUK (more info: http://startupbus.com/ or #SBUK2014) and is now part of Dotforge Startup Accelerator.We feel that CV's are way too impersonal and cover letters can take a lot of time to read and write them. Our mission is not to only simplify the process but also offer a chance for people who struggle with writing (e.g. 10% of UK's population who are dyslexic). We have developed a video assisted recruitment tool that helps to give a more personal touch to the process and found out faster which one of your candidates is the best for the job.
