We are a network of Ontario-based recruitment professionals dedicated to supporting long term care homes impacted by COVID-19 during the evolving crisis. We are calling out to every single recruiter in Ontario to join in this battle with us. We are calling on corporations and recruitment agencies to support and encourage their recruitment staff to join the fight.As the COVID-19 pandemic spreads so does the toll on Ontarians providing frontline services to residents within long term care homes: registered nurses, registered practical nurses, personal support workers, cooks, dietary aides, housekeeping staff and so on. It has become evident that the industry lacks adequate resources to deal with the influx of temporary recruitment needs to help staff long term care homes during the pandemic.Our goal is to help long term care homes recruit temporary staff to ensure the residents within the homes continue to receive the care they need.We are doing this as a temporary measure during the crisis to help reduce friction, offer fast recruitment support, and address a gap in our system around staffing within the long term care industry.
