From the studio in Cape Town, South Africa, our skilled teamhand dyes yarns and products, and prepares the beautiful balls and skeins that inspire makers all over the world. We work with the finest South African mohair and merino yarns, all of which are locally produced. Our range is carefully selected to offer quality and versatility in yarn weights and fibre blends.We hope you will enjoy working with them as much as we do!We work with the finest yarns, all of which are produced in South Africa.Excellent quality merino wool and mohair fibre is cleaned, combed and spun by our suppliers, to international standards.All of our products, both yarns and ready-to-wear, are individually crafted using traditional methods, often in unique ways. Our materials are handled, touched, held, worked, softened and coaxed into their final form. We think you will feel the difference.Our custom colour palette is created in-house, from primary colours. Commercial dyes are sourced from reputable manufacturers compliant with European safety standards, and all of our dyeing is done by hand. The colour palette is updated regularly to keep it fresh, contemporary and inspiring, but customers are always welcome to continue ordering prior season shades.
