We believe workplace models of "old" economy is dead as workflow is not strictly linear anymore, companies structure is more flat than hierarchical and most of the work can be done remotely. Coworking movement is here to show how future of the work will look like: Community, sharing, independence, decentralization, but also less stress, burnouts, more effectiveness, happiness, creativity and health.By 2020 there will be 1 billion people working remotely and 40% of global workforce will be freelancers.
