Coyne Pilates is a teaching facility where students learn and apply through movement exercises four principles: Breathing, Focus, Alignment and Support. In addition Feldenkrais Awareness through Movement (R) lessons are taught. Using movement lessons, students develop a new appreciation for body awareness which they can carry through in to their every day lives, and they learn that they all have their own internal ability for change.
