This mission is accomplished through a comprehensive analysis of markets, channels of distribution and end-user in order to ensure a positioning and ,/approach that makes sense for retailers and consumers alike. CPMM Americas is led by its' principals, Cathy and Patrick Madalo, who possess a combined 35 years of consumer packaged goods experience in Latin America and have lived and/or worked directly in Colombia, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Brazil. This experience includes direct employment with Johnson & Johnson, L'Oreal, The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, The Dial Corporation and Markwins Beauty Products.
