CQS SERVICES LIMITED - CQS Services limited is a small quantity surveying and estimating consultancy undertaking works throughout the UK and Europe. We are based in Gloucestershire. Our management resource has extensive experience in Estimating and Quantity Surveying of numerous projects ranging between £50k and £60M on behalf of a number of the largest UK based Civils and Construction Contractors. We can provide commercial support including Estimating, Quantity Surveying and dispute resolution services for construction, infrastructure and civils work these include building and civil engineering projects to waste water, commercial, industrial, residential, communications infrastructure, Defence Services construction and wind farm plant and control rooms and finally Railway infrastructure. Disciplines typically undertaken by us include the following;• Bulk earthworks.• Groundworks, including RC foundations, drainage and floor slabs.• Attenuation crates and structures.• Highway and car park construction.• Residential infrastructure to DPC.• Brickwork and Blockwork• Office Fit Outs.• Initial Cost Plans.• Take Offs and Bill Preparation• Formwork, Concrete and Reinforcement packages• Insitu multi span RC structure construction • Installation of pre-cast structural elements including bridges and culverts.• Steel frame and clad buildings both commercial and industrial.• Metsec and cladding install (Filon, Troax etc) including supply and erect bespoke steel • Plant rooms to Network Rail including London Underground and wind farm developments.• Building finishes and decorations.We are able to price and complete works on a labour, plant and materials basis, using our either causeway or conquest estimating products.We hope the foregoing gives you a clearer understanding of our capabilities and geographic areas of operation.
