CraftHotSauce.com was started in September 2014. I developed a passion for chilli peppers, hot sauce, and the passionate and friendly hot sauce industry grabbed a hold of me. For the past five years I've been sharing all the stories and journeys of craft hot sauce makers, and developing a collective passion for quality hot sauce, taking action, and focusing on the most important parts of life.In that time, I've found myself behind an entire 3 million Scoville unit pizza in an eating competition at the NYC Hot Sauce expo, recording my first podcast episode in a Berlin hostel meeting with Jonathan from Crazy Bastard Sauce, to being invited to the exclusive Guru's Hot Sauce Tasting Society Cult.
