CJS specializes in working with organizations and individuals who are part of the LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and Arts communities. Aspiring or newer artists and influencers with disabilities, such as physical or mental health challenges, mobility concerns, visual impairments, or people who identify as neurodivergent are especially welcome. CJS helps you share skills, services, creative content, and products with current and future clients, customers, followers, or audiences. CJS provides support whether you're promoting a physical space, establishing or curating an online presence, growing greater engagement, or fostering community involvement. CJS was founded in 2009 by Tiffany A. Santos as an editing and copywriting service. She worked with clients regularly until 2015, when she started working with disabled individuals in group homes and institutional settings. She decided to re-launch in 2021. Because the world is now more digital and audio-visually focused, she established a growing team of independent creative professionals who are also working artists. We currently boast a graphic designer (Andrea Contaldi); an artistic design consultant and traditional media artist (Angela Michaelina); and a videographer and composer (William Jamieson).
