Empathy Driven, Data Wise:Cratylus Consulting provides schools, districts, regions and states with professional development, leadership development and integrated systems development through a trauma-informed lens. Using evidenced-based practices and the latest research, we tailor our teaching to meet the needs of the organization with which we work. We are committed to increasing our and our clients' collective awareness around the impact of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) so that we can effectively teach into evidence-based practices aimed at improving behavioral and academic outcomes for all children. We provide on-site professional learning and coaching, district and school-wide trauma-informed MTSS (Multi-Tiered Systems of Support) training. With more than 20 years experience in education and leadership, we augment our in-house expertise with the amazing work that researchers and educators have spearheaded in recent years. From the Kaizer Permanente ACEs study to the evidence-based practices Dr. Clayton Cook, PhD (University of Minnesota) and Chris Daikos, EdS (Continua Consulting) researched, we draw from a myriad of peer reviewed research and practices to tailor our professional learning to your organization. Additionally, we provide support to state and local agencies that are connected with or wish to partner with school-based mental health systems, school districts and schools around trauma-informed practices.
