Leena Mathai is the founder of Crave by Leena and is a certified vegan baker currently based in Bangalore. Leena's love for baking started early childhood, and professional baking began with a course in Tafe, Sydney and then continued as cake decorating artist at renowned Sydney baking institute, Planet cakes under the guidance of Paris Cutler. Leena then worked with an Italian Bakery making fondant cake decorations and participated in several events and went on to work for several renowned bakers from around the globe.Leena was awarded the first runner-up in Peta's 2014 Great Vegan Desserts Challenge.
