During this period, Neil provided advice to individual companies and industries, (e.g. textile), as well as representing them in the Industrial Relations Commission, (now known as the Fair Work Commission).From 2001 to 2005, Neil was the Industrial Relations/Human Resource Manager of the Furnishing Industry Association of Australia.He has extensive experience with individual small, medium and large employers and industry associations providing comprehensive service to their members.
