CRCFit is a personal training and fitness centre open to the public located at Catholic Regional College Sydenham. It is the sixth business to be opened by the College employing outstanding industry professionals who manage and operate this state of the art fitness and training facility. CRCFit is open to the public outside of school hours including during the school holiday period and is conveniently located overlooking the College carpark adjacent to Watergardens train station. Competitively priced, individually tailored programs design do meet your specific goals the facility caters for first timers, those with experience and those who just want to maintain their fitness levels. Established as a part of the College strategy to support students undertaking accredited VET qualifications in Year 11 and 12, CRCFit provides students with a professional work placement on campus and an understanding of this growing industry.
