The project includes office space and three luxury condominiums.Positive impact of the project for downtown Dayton includes:• Enhances the character and appearance of our downtown;• Supports the City Commission's Vision 2003 goals;• Provides three new luxury condominiums;• Retains eleven jobs with a total salary impact of over $440,000 annually;• Adds twenty-one new jobs with t total salary impact of over $1,150,000;• Creates an additional thirteen new jobs with a total salary impact of over $450,000 annually; and• Provides $2.5 million worth of construction development dollars.The TeamThe three firms of New Haven Construction, Rogero Buckman Architects and Visual Marketing Associates are combining their unique skills as Cre8ive Dayton to design, build and market the 123 Webster Street project to capture the collaborative capabilities of th partnership and enhance the spirit and flavor of the neighborhood.The Support TeamIn addition t the core team of Cre8ive Dayton, the support required for a successful project includes the professional expertise of many people and organizations including the City of Dayton, CityWide Development Corporation, local banking and financial institutions and professionals.Building PlansDevelopment plans for the building include office space and residential condominiums.Features include:• Three, 3,000 sf luxury loft-style condominiums with balconies;• Over 7,000 sf of first floor leasable business space;• Over 16,000 sf of owner occupied business space;• Over 5,000 sf of leasable storage space; and• Garden rooftop with spectacular views of downtown Dayton.
