I created CreAD Media when the small engineering company that I was working for in Aberdeen went bust. My one-man-band organisation allowed me to continue to work with the Client, Stena Offshore thought the various takeovers and mergers over the years and ended up as Technip Offshore. The knowledge that I brought to the Marine Department within Stena Offshore, and skills that I developed over the years, I subsequently took to other companies who were looking to enhance their internal and external communication. My specialty being Technical Authorship and Management System Development.Management System Development subsequently became the speciality of Karon Roberts who worked with me at Technip and Acergy that was latterly merged with Subsea 7. Karon later became my wife.Our experience in large multinationals and more latterly small and micro business in Suffolk has provided us with a breadth of experience and knowledge that can help organisations of all sizes managing and communicating with employees, regulators and customers.Simon Sanders
