Our WhyStarting in 2015, Javian Johnson, creator, and operator of CreateMyStory wanted to make a difference and help people. He was always the inspiration/motivation guy that could bring out the best in anyone. One day in a dream, God spoke to him and gave him the name CreateMyStory and ever since then, CreateMyStory has been navigating how we can be of service to the people. Javian was also working in the public education realm as an assistant principal. Like most, the demands kept growing larger and larger. Instead of finding help, he kept working harder and harder for everyone, completely losing himself and leading to major depression and hospitalization on suicide watch. During that hospitalization time, he witnessed the large number of educators that went through similar burnout nationwide and found a disturbing trend when he got out. No one wants to be an educator anymore. Even individuals that have been in education for years are leaving the profession altogether. He noticed that everyone was talking about the issue of the major shortage, but no one was stepping up to do anything about it. So God showed him the future of CreateMyStory and how it will achieve its true purpose in life.
