MISSION STATEMENTTo foster an exchange between professional artists and underdeveloped communities around the world. We offer free workshops designed for people of all ages with a focus on Dance, Drama, and Music. We hope to inspire communities through ARTS EDUCATION and, in turn, to provide real experiences for professionals that informs their work and life as ARTIST and CITIZEN. CONCEPTIONCreative Borders was created in 2016 by Austin Joseph Reynolds while attending The Juilliard School. The Project has been a recipient of The Juilliard School's Community Engagement Grant in 2016, 2017, and 2018. In 2017, Amanda Bouza led the second Botswana Project in Gaborone, Botswana. Now Amanda and Austin have worked together to expand Creative Borders into a not-for-profit organization that promotes Arts Education around the world.
