The principal, Kathleen (Kate) Trygstad, holds a Masters degree in organization development from George Mason University in Virginia, a coaching certification from the International Coach Federation and is a graduate of Newfield Network coach training program.We have extensive relationships with organization development practitioners and coaches in the national capital area. Our work may be scaled to large organizations with a team of exceptional professionals. We have been in business since 2005, bringing services to satisfied clients in private industry, government agencies and nonprofit companies, and to individuals seeking services in a private capacity.
