Creative Kwe is led by Anishnaabekwe-Metis mother Ashley Lamothe. After a life altering trauma that resulted in a total restart, Ashley moved back to her home of Nogojiwanong and founded Creative Kwe in 2017. Creative Kwe is working towards meaningful and authentic change both within Indigenous women themselves and within the systems that surround us. Through workshops, courses, and speaking, Ashley offers a hands-on approach to education, awareness and action.
