Creatnet Institute of Applied Management(CIAM ) is a collaborative network of leaders enabling the journey of transforming systems and institutions into conscious learning organizations by creating spaces, frameworks and programs for the facilitation of learning. Our primary work is in the space of organizational development and leadership coaching to inspire a future of visionary workspaces which stand on the plinth of aware and empowered leadership.We assist organizations and people in different stages of their growth trajectory, to enable contextual learning through a unique learning model which emphasizes the nature of participants' subjective experiences. CIAM's key differentiator is an integrative systems thinking approach to develop a shared vision, set goals, plans and assessments that are aligned with strategy, processes and people for the organization to be effective. Through our methodologies we built over years of practice, we enable self and group awareness through facilitation, questioning and frameworks which empower participants to create their own meaningful insights through an inner inquiry translating to authentic and empowered outer actions.CIAM has been facilitating both personal and professional growth of a vibrant ecosystem of entrepreneurs, corporate heads and teams, educators, principals and a growing body of young students and professionals based out of Delhi. Since its inception in 2008, it has been catalyzing the transformation of renowned organizations and has inspired thought leadership for its clients, partners and associated bodies. The success story has also been replicated across its incubations, Creatnet Education and Creatnet Leadership academy, through a pioneering Principal Leadership Program, scaled across 1024 government schools in Delhi along with a Young Leaders Program, enabling leadership and development within young adults and students.
