It tests and defies given logic in its effort to go beyond the commonplace". ‘CreDa' stands for Creative Design Approach. The firm was started in 2003 by four friends from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore, who felt the need for ideologically sound design, which adhered to a concept and the vagaries of the site.The firm strongly believes in a contemporary language of architecture, desisting from ornamentation and adornment of the building facade.Based on strong planning ideas and concentration on elements such as light and ventilation, we aim to create spaces, which both inspire and accentuate the various life forces that are at play.Our attempts to do so have recently been acknowledged and we have won the ‘YOUNG ENTHUSED ARCHITECTS AWARD' by the SPECTRUM AND A+D FOUNDATION.The array of projects done by CreDa is vast which includes• Residential design• Apartment design• Institutional design• Corporate office design• Retail store design• Commercial space design• Mall and large scale retail design• Hotel and service apt design• Villa and township planningEach project receives individual attention; unique to the nature of the project and the questions it poses.
