CREDAI North Bengal is an apex body for private real estate developers in North Bengal. CREDAI North Bengal has over 52 members. CREDAI NORTH BENGAL is as association of CREDAI BENGAL along with its fellow associations like CREDAI ASANSOL and CREDAI HOWRAH. CREDAI has been a strong voice that represents the interests of the Real Estate Industry in North Bengal. CREDAI North Bengal has deep focus on quality construction and timely completion, and also takes care of infrastructure needs and labour welfare. CREDAI-North Bengal since the inception has always been at the forefront of understanding the needs of its buyers. Property Exhibition is just one of many such initiatives the Association has undertaken from its inception. The Property Exhibition provides its members an ideal platform to showcase their developments and properties in a congenial environment to their prospective buyers/ investors. CREDAI North Bengal has its own website which projects products of the member developers, updated list of CREDAI NORTH BENGAL, e-news, Govt. circulars, notification and judgments to directly benefit the members. Real Estate can be tricky. There are plenty of protocols to be followed. Which is where we come into the picture. We work towards creating a more transparent, corruption free market for both builders and consumers. Networking comes to us naturally. Today, we closely work with government representatives, policy makers, investors, finance companies, consumers and Real Estate professionals. On behalf of developers/builders, CREDAI North Bengal lobbies with the government authorities in order to ensure formulation of constructive policies.
