Crescent City Lights Youth Theater Details
The Crescent City Lights Youth Theater is a program of Stage to Stage Inc, a Louisiana 501c3 nonprofit corporation. Founded in 1993, CCLYT presents two musicals each summer with casts of children. Mission: to transform the lives of New Orleans youth through experiential learning in the performing arts. Children (ages 8 to 17) learn the skills of drama, dance and voice while learning adjunct life and job skills which poise them for success in school and beyond. CCLYT draws its students from the Greater New Orleans area and is a partner program with the New Orleans Recreation Development Commission continuing 60+ years of theater training.
