We are a construction company based in North Canterbury. My husband, Sam, started our business back in 2015, buying 'As is where is' homes and repairing them to an insurable level, as well as giving them a more modernised appearance, he then sold them on. After this market died down, he moved onto to renovations and completing high end residential new builds for multiple companies. Sam has been a builder for nearly 15 years and has experience as a builder, project manager, real estate agent, auctioneer, farmer, and dispute resolutionist; this gives our business a wide knowledge of the construction industry and everything building related - even the buying and selling of homes! In 2020 I, Kimberley, joined my husband and have expanded our business to include our architectural design services, as well as running the administrative side of the business. I have experience as an Architectural Designer and have worked for a small design company, as well as a well-established building franchise. These have both given me a great experience with liaising with contractors, councils, and clients, resolving construction/ detailing issues on-site, project management, design and drafting work, completing projects with multiple types of design software (CAD programs), 3D modeling and rendering, and high-end residential construction.
