Our expertise is in crew accommodations and transportation with an emphasis on irregular and scheduled operations for commercial airlines.We understand the important aspect of having a close working relationship with the airline as well as the hotels. It is our focus to continually on a daily basis support the airlines and ensure the best possible rates, benefits and contracts are obtained and monitored for each layover destination.We aim to assist our partner airlines by finding their crews the best-fit hotel accommodations options that meet or exceed the quality, comfort and safety criteria established by the airline, while using our procurement leverage, global network, and market knowledge at a cost significantly less than if the airline were to book directly. We target a 10-18% reduction in overall spending through our skillful contracting efficiencies, reduction in rates, reduce staff workload and streamlined process.The company was initially formed to solve the challenges airlines were facing in managing the complexities of crew layovers in early 90's. Ever since, we are uniquely and expertly qualified to source hotels, crew benefits, transportation requirements, irregular crew rooms, distressed passengers and other services on a global basis as needed by our partner Airline. We have a proven track record of representing carriers all over the world and procured numerous crew contracts which makes us trusted and respected by the Airline industry as well as the Hotel industry.
