Crisotech is a registered training company specialized in simulations, crisis management, negotiation, and serious games.Our training modules are based on a "learning by doing" approach.Our expertise and originality are based on the creation of atypical simulations: we do not simulate what you already do. We use fictional situations which allow participants to put the skills they are seeking to use immediately. We believe that placing participants outside their comfort zones and exposing them to surprising and destabilizing situations allows them to drop their a priori assumptions and completely open up to the training process.Each training session ends with debriefing session which provides an assessment of the lessons learned and how they can be reused in your everyday work environment. As part of a constant process of innovation and in order to better respond to the specific needs of our clients, Layer Cake consultants keep up-to-date with the international and national news and take part in brainstorming sessions in order to come up with new and original scenarios and universes for our simulations. All our creations are listed in our « crisothèque® »; a catalog of simulations and serious games, all of which can be customized to meet our clients individual needs and expectations.
